Painting in "En Plein Air" is a French term that translates as "Painting in Open Air". In other words, the painter is painting on site, outdoors from life in the moment; it really is a special experience for the artist and views alike! Although I am relatively new to this style of painting, my previous painting experience and my style translates well into Plein Air.
